Make sure you have your voucher # handy!

A Green Grads team member will book your service date. On the day, we can do an estimate for any other services or additional costs.
What if my house exceeds the deal allowances?
A Green Grads manager will come to your property to provide a free estimate on the day of service, and inform you of any additional costs prior to service.
This depends upon the additional labour required, and varies related to the size of your home. In most cases, additional costs aren’t much!
Are there any other additional costs?
At the time of service we do have to collect HST. Therefore, if your home doesn’t exceed the allowance for the gutter cleaning deal that is $49 x 12% = $5.88.
Do I have to be home for service?
You do not need to be home at the time of service, only available by phone in order to approve any additional costs.
What makes your services earth-friendly?
We empty gutters by-hand, unlike other companies that use wasteful vacuums or pressure washers. We always ensure gutters are emptied properly and draining as they should. All organic waste that we remove from your gutters is composted at Green Grads HQ.

Do you have insurance?
We sure do. We have Work Safe BC coverage for our employees and Liability Insurance to protect your home.
Can I use my voucher at different times?
The entire value must be used on one service date and for the service detailed.
